YOU QUOTED ME A PRICE, WHAT DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE
In a word - "EVERYTHING". Once
we have provided a quote, there are NO ADDITIONAL
CHARGES. If you need
to add additional text when you see the proof, there are
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. There are NO
EXTRA CHARACTER CHARGES (*). There are NO
MOUNTING HARDWARE CHARGES for standard mounting
hardware such as screws and rosettes. There are NO
HIDDEN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Some bronze retailers will sell you a plaque at a
very low price and then add on a whole
list
of
extra
charges
(such as charges per character, per screw, per rosette, shipping,
etc) so that the total price of the COMPLETE plaque far exceeds
our
discounted
price. OUR PRICES ARE COMPLETE!!
(*) Here is the catch. It has to
fit on the plaque and it has to still look good. If
we quote you a plaque with 4 lines of text and when you review
the proof, you want
to add another line or two, no problem and no added cost
as long as there is room on the plaque.
1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
If you already have a quote from us, just view your quote
and click on the 'Buy it on line' link and make your purchase. Our
on line store is open 24/7 for your convenience. If
you need a price quotation, please fill out our on
line form or send us an email describing
what you want. Keep in mind, to keep costs down and offer
discounted prices, we only accept purchase orders from
the Federal Government. If you are a government entity
that MUST pay by purchase order, please increase our quoted
price by 10% or $50 withever is greater. Terms may
not exceed net 30 days.
2. CAN YOU SEND ME A CATALOG?
We no longer send out hard copy catalogs.. The catalogs
that cover all of our products fill an entire book case.
We have placed representative samples of our products in our
on line catalogs here.

CAN YOU PROVIDE A SKETCH OR LAYOUT OF CUSTOM
PLAQUES?
YES -
After an order is placed, we send a scaled proof and specification
sheet via email. We will revise and refine the design
details until you are
pleased at no additional charge.
Most
of
our cast
products (except small plaques)
come
with scaled proofs for your review, comment and approval.
Check your quotation to see if a proof is included.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
YES. We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX. Credit
cards protect you (the buyer) from fraud.

WHY
CAN'T YOU CAST WHAT I LAY OUT IN MY WORD PROCESSOR?
Our products are produced using a sand casting process. In
this process, molten bronze is poured into a mold. Sufficient
room must be left around letters to permit the mold to remain
intact as the molten bronze is poured. Look here
